POLES APART

We have two poles in our earth there are Antarctica and Arctic.The name Antarctica was coined to mean "opposite to the arctic." Antarctica is a high, ice-covered landmass. The climate of the two areas is very different. Antarctica is the coldest area in the world. It is about 30 degrees colder than Arctic. At the south pole, nearly 10,000 feet high, monthly mean temperatures run well below zero. In contrast, near the north pole monthly mean temperatures often rise above freezing. At both poles, daily temperatures may drop far below the monthly mean. both of them is also have different land animals and plants because of the climatic differences. On the continent of Antarctica, there are very few plants and just have penguin which be famous land animal, but in the arctic there are many plants and the land animal of the Arctic are foxes, bears, reindeer, and lemmings. Ice is the great feature of Antarctica so it can be the store house of about 85 percent of the total world supply of ice. The icecap is very thick, averaging nearly 8,000 feet. If this great volume of ice were to melt, the volume of the world oceans would increase, and sea level would rise.

THE GREEN REVOLUTION

Green revolution (1950-1980), a new approach to double agricultural production are no longer successfull due to population growth and cost of fertilizer. The information society speaks about the the society that is well advanced in areas of technological advancement and equipped with knowledge that can be diffused to other societies. This knowledge relates to technology and communication on a global level. Many of us were born in societies which had started to embrace the burst of new technology. So we knew about the computer, the internet, chemical weapons and the list goes on. They were always updating of the new technology for their lives, for example is video games that update in everytimes. Some parents is agree if their children play it and other disagree. There era many opinion that be basic of their statement to agree or not, especially with the effect of it. Beside it can make the children happy and update of technology, it also has many negative effect for their habit.
Many of parents, thinks that they must to introduce their family with technology start from their children. Because they think more and more young their age, their absorb strength is more rapidly so they can catch the information more faster than the old man. Beside this their remind power is more strength. So it has solution to introduce technology with method that can make their children happy. And they choose video game as mediator, in order to their children not be left out of the advancement of technology and be entertainment for they. So they can study while enjoy playing.
But sometimes, they forget if beside it has positive effect its so has negative effect. The children was knew video games usually addicted to play it everytime in anywhere until they forget time to study, eat and rest. It can make they would be lazy person and not to care with around condition, its mean with slowly they was to cause to fall their children in the bad habit.
Now, we were know if some children like dispute with their friends. One of the caused is they like to imitate the action of player in video games especially in the violent content in video games. Many of they thinks that if they can to defeat their enemy with hardness they can be the hero likes in the video games that the winner is a hero. Moreover many of they be the opposer with their parents and family.
To sum up it we must carefully if we want to introduce something or the new technology with our family, friends and other people. Because its sure has positive and negative effect for us and for they, likes video games which make lazy and hardness children. So if we want to give something known for someone we must think its will well or not for they and us?!. Beside that we must to see their age, in order to they can catch the purpose of it, so they won’t make mistake with use it in the wrong time and wrong situation.

Ocean Thermal Enrgy (OTEC) is a method for generating electricity which uses temperature differences that exist between deep and shallow waters to run heat engine.

Temperature is a physical properly of a system that underlines the common nations of hot and cold, something that feels hotter generally has higher temperature. Beside that, temperature is onae of principal parameters of thermodynamics which in microscopic it could show energy of something. The greatest energy which explored from this temperature is energy that come from the largest of temperature differences that exist between deep and shallow waters in the ocean, that caused by the sun heat continually. So the temperature differences generally increases with decreasing latitude or near equator. Then the greatest energy produced by largest temperature differences uses to run a heat engine. Heat engine is a physical or theretical device that coverts thermal energy “heat” to mechanical output ‘work”. It’s typically run on specific thermodynamic cycle and can open or closed cycle. In engineering and thermodynamics, a hate engine perfoms the conversions of heat energy to mechanical work by exploiding the temperature gradient between hot and cold. This principles is used in steam turbines and internal combustion engines, while refrigerates reverse the direction of flow of both the heat and work energy. Rather than using heat energy from the burning of fuel, OTEC power draws on temperature differences caused by the sun’s warming of the ocean surface.

To sum up, engineers give opinion if OTEC would be technology of electricity generator that very competen in future. OTEC is also can generate electricity until gigawatt scale, and within fusion it with electrolysis system will produce enough hydrogen to change consume the burning of fuel.
